With 6 years of experience in teaching internationally and about a year of experience in Human Resources, I am equipped with a strong affinity for attention to detail and communicating effectively with different types of people. My ability to learn quickly, adapt and follow through would make me a valuable asset to any company.
My work background is not only limited to teaching. Also, I have experience in client relations and in conducting interviews, meetings and trainings to fellow educators. To elaborate, in client relations, I used to handle parents’ concerns and their feedbacks. I tell them their child’s current progress and of course, I offer them courses that is most suited for their child’s needs. I suggest extracurricular activities we can do at school and at home so the students can make the most of their learning ----------- addition, I regularly communicate with my students and address their concerns and talk about what more can be done to improve.
Furthermore, I interview and orient potential colleagues, conduct meetings with my fellow foreign teachers to provide guidance, support, and ensure that the lesson plans adhere to quality teaching standards.
