In my current position, I evaluate the company’s business process to identify risk areas. Recommend ideas for improvements on the current process and provide documentation of a company’s business process to be used as daily work reference. I am the process owner’s partner in achieving specific goals through the business process. I also have a background on sales and loans, I used to market and promote sales of units, including but not limited to offering financing options to customers and the registration of units sold. Properly handle unit releases and turn-over to clients and addresses all clients' inquiries and overall satisfaction after unit delivery. I am organized, resourceful, have a talent for managing simultaneous responsibilities, and with good moral character.
