I’ve
been working as a Customer Service in a BPO company wherein most of my task is
billing. Our task is mostly data entry and checking of correctness of bills
issued to customer. I have also an experience in doing data entry for Cruise
account. When I got promoted as one of the Workforce Management support, most
of our task is data gathering and data entry using different tools. Also, I was
part of a Finance team wherein we gather data and inputs of invoicing is
through Netsuite tool/app.
