I experienced working as a costumer service associate and I was an outbound agent that time for a seasonal ramp. So, I first joined their Valentine's Day Ramp then I returned on their Christmas Ramp. Each ramp lasted for about 2 to 3 weeks only. As an outbound agent, I relay product/orders through the -----------nding orders through phone or through Dove and handling complaints, I can say that I have limited experience as a call center agent.I wanted to gain experience and knowledge in being an agent, also I wanted to challenge myself if I can survive that kind of work. I learned many things during those times, especially on how I manage and handle the pressure at work.
Currently, I work as a Title Searcher/Processor, in our Company, they call us Prime Movers and specifically my task is focused on searching on Real Estate/Title Processing projects under certain Title Companies in the US. Title Processing/Searching, involves locating the Full Warranty Deed and Mortgages of a certain property and clearing the chaining of title from the old owner to the current seller or buyer. Reviewing possible judgments and bankruptcy of the current seller/borrower is also included.
I am also a Project Specialist/Adhoc in my current project, I send and receive the email from and to the clients and escrows regarding some concern or clarifications about the property we are processing. I am willing and open to explore other types of jobs offered. I want to try and test myself of what other jobs I can use with my skills.
I also have some knowledge on how to use Adobe Photoshop and editing videos.
