i am very passionate to help people. I believe to be efficient in one's work, one has to be effective so I have high regard to accuracy and compliance. I am very critical to details, and I loves mentoring colleagues. My drive for efficiency has helped the team I've been with last to gain a Compliance Contest, and a colleague I was assigned to help with to get off a Performance Improvement Plan. I had provided support to teams of around 18 direct reports and had managed performances through coaching sessions, monthly and annual reviews.
