Hi! My name is ----------- ----------- but you can call me “Chen”. I enjoy singing and playing instruments as well. I am interested in honing new skills as well as gaining new knowledge depending on the topic ofc. I have a virtual assistant background and have worked for a company for a couple of months as well as attended a seminar/training for social media management. I also went under training for certain virtual assistant skills with the company that I previously worked with. I have also worked for a BPO company and I enjoyed working there at the time and excelled while being a Customer Service Representative, having to be a top performer, a month before I left and consistently producing impressive performance. I have been able to attend/accomplish product specific training from my previous company for the BPO industry as well. I have experienced being an Inside Sales Representative, having to deal with lead generation, outbound calling, appointment setting, and using CRMs, among other things, for the client I worked with. I am patient with my clients and am able to establish good rapport. Hence, usually producing good CSAT. The most recent roles I have taken in are Inside Sales Representative, doing Database Management, as well as slightly diving into Social Media Management. My current role is I am the Executive Assistant of the CEO/CTO of a company but also incorporating with the company and some of its members as a whole. I also have a medical/dental background in which I have decent experience in terms of handling patients. I am proficient in writing in and speaking the English language. I am efficient and also a fast learner. I am computer literate. I am now opting for a work from home set up where my schedule can be more flexible and location remote.
