I am currently working as a full time Associate Project Manager. My task is to audit the jobs completed by our freelancers and make sure they provide a good quality of data, do a root cause analysis, review the training materials and make sure they are all up to date, process their invoice, manage the roster size. Before I got into this line of industry, I was working in a mortgage company in US, based in Manila as an IT Service Desk who provides basic PC troubleshooting. After a few months, I got promoted as a Service Desk QA who audits how my colleagues support our users.
