• Ensure quality of data held within our master database applications for financial instruments kept up to date. (Equities, Derivatives, Fix Income Products, etc.)
• Participated in operational system updates, updated procedure manuals, informing and training staff.
• Assist team lead/ manager in handling escalations and production issues. Role entails regular contact with the team and senior management to coordinate efforts and report progress and results.
• Responsible for the timely, complete, and correct processing of daily reports including performing all relevant controls.
