Bonnie has a rich background in the field of recruitment, where she has dedicated herself to conducting interviews and crafting final recommendations for over five years. During her career, she showcased her leadership abilities by founding a new department within an educational institution and effectively overseeing a team of 22 members.
She has been part of a Marketing Management Team of a multinational company where she handled brand marketing, public relations, and events, and became part of an expat team where she stood as the only Filipino and a woman in the department.
In her professional journey spanning over a decade, she had consistently demonstrated the ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Since 2011, she has been at the forefront of community program initiatives at the school, gradually transforming a committee into a fully-fledged department in 2017. In this period, she proficiently crafted the department's handbook, which include guidelines on processes and programs, played a key role in guiding the school through a successful accreditation, and collaborated closely with organizational leaders to introduce and solidify the department's mission, vision, and strategic plans.
In her transition to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry provided her with the opportunity to lead the Human Resource Department. In this capacity, she orchestrated streamlined processes, encompassing tracking report systems, onboarding and offboarding procedures, orientations, and training initiatives. Additionally, she authored the Team Leaders' Manual and introduced wellness programs such as yoga and meditation classes. Leading a team of HR generalists, she actively coached team leaders and site managers while overseeing the HR needs of approximately 300 employees.
In her most recent role as HR Training Manager, she assumed dual responsibilities in Recruitment, and Compensation and Benefits. Managing internal and client manpower needs, she collaborated with cross-functional teams, including HR Virtual Assistants, co-HR Training Managers, and top management. Specifically, she led a team of interviewers, fostering continuous improvement in processes, coaching, and training to enhance their interviewing skills.
