Over the past years of working, I've had the opportunity to work with various companies, where I learned and practiced my role as a customer representative. I pride myself on being patient, emphatic and solution oriented. I've spend more than 3 years in the customer field, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Also I had experience in Real Estate industry as sales coordinator where I practice Marketing, as well as sales. I am well diverse in property listing, conduct market research and facilitate successful sales transactions. As a sale coordinator I am also inclined in studying social media management, for content creation and data analysis.
