Accounts Payable & Operations Specialist | Property Management & E-commerce Experience
Hi, I’m an Accounts Payable and Operations professional with over 10 years of experience supporting property management, retail, and business operations.
In my current role, I manage payments for rentals, utilities, and suppliers while also serving as the main point of contact for property owners. I handle lease-related coordination, process rental income disbursements, and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
I’m highly experienced in managing high-volume transactions, coordinating with vendors and lessors, and ensuring all payments and records are accurate and on time. I also support audits through reconciliations and document preparation.
In addition to my accounting background, I run my own Etsy shop where I create designs using Canva, manage product listings, and apply basic SEO strategies. This has given me hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and digital tools.
I am detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. I am comfortable using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, Notion, and other online platforms. I am a quick learner, especially with software and systems, and I proactively take initiative to improve my skills and adapt to new tools and processes.
