Throughout my tenure in the banking industry, I have learned a lot of things about this industry, not just in the banking industry but about myself. Four years in operation helped me to have the resilience to cope with stressful situations and taught me good communication skills to listen to what our customers and our surroundings or co-workers need. My experience helps me develop my Leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to achieve the common goal of our ----------- these innovative days, I believe that I have the adaptability to learn new things and skills in the workplace. Four years ago, I was a Student leader who knew how to plan, research, analyze, and interpret to accomplish a certain task that was given to me. As a result, I got the BEST IN THESIS award because of my leadership and with the help of my team during my college days. I aspire to have a higher position to help my personal and career growth, to help the organization, and to inspire my colleagues to strive and learn more.
