Transcribing doctors’ order meticulously with no chance of error, and can work under pressure.I’m a licensed Nurse in the Philippines and work in a Tertiary Hospital from-----------. My last assignment was a Senior Nurse in Surgery Department. Prepare patient booked for operation and monitor postoperatively. I also work in the Department of Health as a Public Health Associate from-----------. I collect data from different towns and collate with the use of electronic health record system such as FHSIS (Field Health Service Informative System), OSM (Office Strategic Management) etc. I had experienced also working abroad in a Pediatric clinic. Finalize bookings and appointments, Assist in insurance application for approval, Prepare patient’s file, Book referral procedures and discuss health teachings, medications and home care. I attend training at ProVA training center to help me furnish my skills and knowledge like patient scheduling, medication refill, billing and coding, scribe and the use of EMR.
