I have been working in the BPO for five years already. Gone through accounts such as Telco (US and Canada), Energy Provider (Aus), Google and FedEx. Ranges from B2B, Technical support and back office. With my five years experience handling international accounts I can say that it has honed me to become great at handling customer concerns.
I also think that I am a great team player since I like thinking outside of the box, making sure that I'll be providing great service to my customers while being inlined with the rules and goals of the company I represent.
