Aimee has worked in the Customer Service industry for almost ten years in three different accounts related to retail, telecommunications and travel. She has worked a total of 3 years as an Email and Chat support, 4 years as a Subject Matter Expert and 3 years as a Team Lead.
During this period of time, she has learned to be a great problem solver by making sure to assist her customer's issues and apply empathy in her every interaction. She is also great at multi-tasking, creating reports using Microsoft Excel and also using other Microsoft Office tools.
