? Manage day to day operations of the store especially counter and service area.
? Ensures that SOPs are being followed through station checking and properly monitors that 4m’s are in place before shift.
? Manage a team of 1530 crew members in every shift.
? Assists customers in ordering process.
? Handles cash control, cashiering and service hierarchy.
? Managing crew schedules and the shifts, station training of newly hired crew and certification.
? Address customer queries and complaints where needed and provide resolution, investigation and do immediate action plan on the customers’ feedback.

? Assist and oversee kitchen and service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and that food is prepared safely and with the highest quality standards.
? Handles forecasting of stocks and implementation of inventory management.
? Implements other store activities necessary to carry out the business, store reports preparation on daily, weekly, and monthly store reports preparation.
? Assess opportunities in operations and cost management to ensure sales growth are target and met.
