I studied Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management at ICCT Colleges Foundation Inc, Philippines. I am still pursuing my studies to be able to use my knowledge in the field of business and accounting.
I started working in the BPO industry in 2015 and have handled different accounts such as Social Media, Automotive, Healthcare, and Retail. I was promoted as Support/Assistant Team Lead/Coach during the span of 8 years in the industry. This experience helped me a lot when it comes to customer related issues by being able to resolve complicated situations effectively and efficiently.
