My primarily skills was amplified working as a Customer Service Representative. I gained knowledge and skills that helped me become a Team Leader before in a Sales Department. Growing within the company is a proof that working hard with integrity goes a long way. I learned how to provide empathy statement, perform troubleshooting, explaining the bill, pitching a sale, laying out precise and accurate ----------- addition, I also learn how to use Microsoft programs, outlook and Teams more. These technical and soft skills that I laid out are just fruit of labor that I did by giving an extra mile of effort.
