My employment with the Philippine Red Cross has taught me a lot, especially about the day-to-day operations of an office, such as filing paperwork, taking phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and meeting customer expectations. I performed multiple jobs well in my previous organization since we were required to multitask, especially during busy times. These have influenced my personality as well as my general professional skills in a short period of time. I am confident that I have the skills you want and am eager to join (The company).
The Membership Fund Drive Unit, which generated the majority of the organization's funding, was managed by the focal person. We visited the provincial legislature, towns, public and private institutions, and large establishments to spread information and close deals for our membership. Primarily, I need to ensure that we can complete a deal that will allow the organization to continue operating within its jurisdiction while also strengthening our ties with our partners.
Administrative Assistant: Assist with day-to-day office operations by completing reports, inventory, answering phone or in-person questions, and preparing documents for board and staff meetings. I'm also in charge of generating event layouts with Canva and other editing software. In addition, I prepare all of my reports using Microsoft office.
