I'm an educator, I motivate and inspire young children to develop a lifelong love of learning and education. I can communicate in ways students will understand, as well as with parents and administrators. I have the physical and mental stamina to keep up with high-energy grade school students. I observe students to evaluate their abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. I work with students in groups or individually to help them overcome specific learning challenges. I develop and enforce classroom rules to teach children proper behavior. I have proficient knowledge of teaching strategies and methods as well as an extensive understanding of child development practices.
