I’m a multi-skilled professional with experience in customer service, school administration, business development, and virtual assistance—both general and digital marketing-focused. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats, and each role has helped me become the reliable, flexible, and efficient remote worker I am today.
I started my journey as a Customer Service Representative, where I learned the value of patience, clear communication, and putting people first. Later, I took on the role of School Registrar Head, managing records, enrollment, and keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
From there, I ventured into Business Development, where I connected with clients, supported growth strategies, and helped businesses find new opportunities. As a General Virtual Assistant, I’ve handled a bit of everything???emails, scheduling, data entry, research, and admin tasks. And more recently, I’ve been helping clients as a Digital Marketing VA, supporting social media, content creation, lead generation, and email campaigns.
