At Teletech – BESTBUY, I served as a Technical Representative for two years, specializing in troubleshooting computer and internet-related issues. This role not only honed my technical skills but also cultivated my ability to communicate complex solutions in a clear and user-friendly manner. Subsequently, I transitioned to E-Commerce, where I spent three years as an E-Commerce Virtual ----------- this capacity, I managed inventory logs, served as a Shopify product lister, and efficiently handled data entry tasks.
