I'm -----------, and I currently work for a telecommunications company that is operated by the Chinese ----------- my role, I manage the procurement fleet. This means I need to be adept at handling time and pressure in an environment where people often work late into the night.
My primary responsibility involves overseeing vehicle repairs. To do this effectively, I need a comprehensive understanding of various vehicle systems, including the engine, drive train, suspension, cooling, electrical, and more. I use this knowledge to analyze vehicle -----------itially, I used to personally repair vehicles because I am a certified automotive engineer with an NC2 certificate. However, my role has evolved, and I now delegate repair tasks to technicians, instructing them on what needs to be done.
Another significant aspect of my role involves managing vehicle insurance. Understanding how to process insurance claims can lead to substantial cost savings for the company. I am proud to say that I've helped save the company a significant amount, ranging from 600,000 to 1 million pesos, through effective negotiation and meticulous attention to even the smallest details.
Additionally, I participate in weekly meetings with the board and the director every ----------- the corporate world, proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, like Excel, is a valuable skill. I can create reports, templates for job orders, minutes of meetings, and even presentations.
I have the privilege of leading project teams in the main ----------- this role, I provide guidance and support to area administrators, helping to ensure the smooth operation of various projects. Occasionally, we encounter conflicts within the project teams, but these disagreements typically revolve around issues we face within the company rather than the project itself.
