My name is Nic Caballero, a former sales associate with experience as a virtual assistant in the legal field. I am fluent in English and Filipino.
As a sales associate, I handled several clients from different walks of life for my family businesses, Vintage Hub and KARU, both being in home decor and furniture production. I entertained and serviced clients purchasing our products, providing overall customer satisfaction and quality assurance, seeing their orders to completion, and providing after-sales support.
Because of my contribution to the sales of our business, we were able to expand and fully establish our brand as a competitor in the high end market for furniture production.
I have experience as a virtual legal assistant, working for a law firm based in the US.
While working for the law firm, I picked up various skills and proficiencies like creating document automations through Gavel, Westlaw, RingCentral, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho products such as Projects, Flow, and Cliq.
Part of my role in the firm was to perform several administrative tasks, such as preparing various paperwork to be submitted to Court, labeling and sorting emails, data entry and developing systems and automations for it, handling miscellaneous IT inquiries and training other employees on how to utilize said automations by creating written and video tutorials.
I am also proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, as well as other Google products.
From my past work experiences, I have developed other skills such as being able to work under time pressure, attention to detail, handling difficult clients, learning new systems and processes quickly, and delivering and accomplishing tasks in a timely manner.
