I've worked as a Call Center Representative for 2 years with an account of locksmith which I dispatch technicians and did some outbound and inbound calls for customers and also I've been a Virtual Assistant for almost 3years and my worked before are Real Estate virtual Assistant and General Virtual Assistant for a chimney company, when I worked as a real estate virtual assistant I did some cold calling for hot and cold leads and follow up the prospect property sellers while for the chimney company as general virtual assistant I did some general admin task such as monitor and manage accounts including follow up invoices and make some flyers to gain customer and post it on social media.
