I've worked in a same company for almost 4 years and I was a customer service representative and after 1 year and 8 months, I moved up as a Team Manager and handling new hires in training and moved to operations after 1 year. I was training new hire until they are endorsed to the operations team.
I am currently working as Customer Care Advocate remotely and I see self-improvement as a life-long journey so I always try to expand my skills. So far, I'm practicing photo editing and photography. I took up Hotel and Restaurant Management in College and was able to train in a 5-star hotel for 6 ----------- my downtime, I play mobile games and watch Netflix/Variety Shoes. I also like making dishes with random recipes and reading books. I'm currently studying basic Korean for a new skill.
