I worked with Amazon as a Technical Support Associate for over three years, where I was promoted to the Escalation Team for a six-month acting role. During my time there, I gained extensive training and experience in troubleshooting devices, music and video streaming services, as well as physical and digital books.
In addition to my technical background, I also have experience in teaching, which aligns with my course of study. After graduating, I worked as an ESL teacher for one month, teaching Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Taiwanese students of all ages, from children to adults. I helped them improve their communication skills, reading, and overall proficiency in English.
I am eager to expand my horizons and continuously broaden my knowledge and skills. I consider myself hardworking and adaptable, as proven by my ability to balance my studies while working at Amazon.
