I have been in the customer service workforce for 12 years with the experience I always give my best customer experience as I make sure that I work the customers hand in hand with request to resolve their concerns or inquiries. I am a fast learner and adaptable since time management for me is important as I do not want to waste somebody else's time. I make sure to clearly point across my thoughts with respect and in case I am unable to assist them with the resources that I have then I make sure to direct them to someone else who can better assist customers because proper communication for me is vital and important in this job.
