I’ve been working as a healthcare virtual assistant since 2020, supporting U.S.-based clinics and healthcare companies while working from home for over six years. My experience includes prior authorizations, appointment scheduling, and accounts receivable, where I work closely with patients, providers, and insurance companies to keep processes moving smoothly. A big part of my role has been helping patients gain timely access to medications, including GLP-1 treatments, while keeping communication clear and organized.
I’m a licensed pharmacist in the Philippines and earned my Bachelor of Pharmacy from Our Lady of Fatima University.
