In-charge in checking and performing daily administrative works
Assists superior in the preparation of plans and establishing the goals and objectives to effectively conduct the operations of the section, including preparing performance indicators for measurement of the operation of the section.
Handles confidential records and communication across different company departments.
Assist superior in planning, organizing, directing, implementing and controlling the administrative function and ensures that such jobs or plan of action are consistent with approved standard operating procedures of the company.
Encode/Create Purchase Requests from different company departments using Systems Applications and Products in data processing (SAP).
Perform liaise in applying Working Permits and Working Visa of Foreign National Employees.
Coordinates interacts/liaises between the company and the facility owner for Expat housing/accommodations.
Prepares and issues Memorandum regarding any Housing and Dormitories Activity.
Prepares and issues notice of violation to employees/tenants, who violated the Dormitory Rules and Regulation.
Ensures that legitimate Employees are properly accommodated in Company Dormitory and Company Rules and Regulations are strictly implemented and followed.
Ensures proper control, inventory and maintenance of facilities, furniture, fixtures
Housing Units.
Conducts inspections and ensures proper housekeeping and good hygienic condition of Company Dormitory and Housing.
Checking of Dormitory accommodations report and encoded debit notes for maintenance charges.
Ensures that the quality procedures are properly implemented in line with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Total Quality Process (TQP).
Perform Internal Audit works in preparation for third party audit.
Member of Business Management Continuity Plan (Loss of Key Infrastructure Group)
Perform as Health Safety and Environmental(HSE) Champion of the Admin Section.
Improve HSE Assessment Plan
Performs other duties that may be
