I have been in the HR Department since 2017. I worked for a Philippine construction company for 7 years and for this year I have started working for a BPO company dealing with Australian clients.
During my tenure as an HR Manager in the construction company, I worked side by side with the owners in doing policy reviews - ensuring that the policies they want to implement are documented in the most efficient manner.
I was also in charge of employee discipline and management. I handled cases where the employees violate the company policy and I implement sanctions accordingly.
Aside from HR work, I also served as an internal auditor in the company. I had the chance to study most of the key departments and their workflow which I believe is an advantage to me in doing my role.
At present, I am working as an HR Manager in a BPO company owned by Australian Directors. My role covers from recruitment down to offboarding.
