I am a nurse by profession, but I have also been in the service community for quite some time. I have been a barista serving coffee to customers, I have been a general manager in a family-owned restaurant here in the Philippines and I am currently in a retail Aquatic Pet shop managing the daily ins and outs of the business and serving customers, teaching and training staffs, and I believe my customer service is on top of the line.
