I, Gracelyn Ramos, is currently employed as an HR Staff with some Accounting duties.
As an HR staff, I am responsible in the process of an end-to-end recruitment, organizing documents such as 201 files, contracts, filed overtime, and reimbursement of employees if necessary. I do also verifying timekeeping records, managing deductions like statutory benefits, and salary payments for our ----------- addition to this, I am in-charge in doing reports with regards to the revolving fund and to check and secure the liquidated cash advances of employees.
