Hi my name is Nielfred Brillantes and I had 10yrs experience in working as customer representative at Sutherland Global Services.
My previous job was working as Customer Service Representative in a Financial Account. My assignment was to assist the customer in navigating in their online account in checking their balance, transaction activity, and also help them to file claims. I learned to hone my multi-tasking and time-management skills, value patience, and above all, being a team player.
