I worked before as a Customer Experience Agent, a mix of non-voice and voice to be specific. I have held an international account, which is T-Mobile for almost 4 months. We assist the customer through chats answering their inquiries like questions about bills, and orders, inquiring about promotions, wanting to upgrade or trade in their device, troubleshooting, and many more. To summarize, my main job is to understand what the customers need and make them satisfied and happy about their chat journey.
