I was an Account Executive for 4 years in an IT industry. Part of the job role are as follows.
- Build strong client and team relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
- Provide estimate of costs and time of product delivery.
- Ensure product is delivered within committed time.
- Weekly planning with the Team to ensure that targets are met.
- Kickoff meeting with Technical Team and
- Client to gather requirements and ensure needs are understood and translated to technical requirement appropriately.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests within scheduled time.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s requests.
