My previous job was very helpful to me since the experienced that I learned there lead me to where I am right now. I will be specific I was a ticketing Agent in a local airlines before who manage to encounter different personality of passengers for 2 years and I gained my confident there, I learned also how to multi-task work and most important how to manage time and to be mindful in everything that I do. If I'm given a chance to work for my client I am willing to learn new things for me to provide good result to my clients.
