Based at the G/F Sample Shop Building in AFP-RSBS Industrial Park, I operate at the intersection of efficiency and compliance in the dynamic landscape of fleet management.
In my role, I have been instrumental in streamlining office operations through the implementation of efficient processes, overseeing applicant communications, and managing meticulous record tracking and data communication activities. My commitment to accuracy is reflected in the efficient audits I conduct on applicants' requirements, endorsed by the documentation team. Ensuring precision in data entered into the system is a key aspect of my responsibilities.
I bring a strategic mindset to the table, collecting and analyzing information to monitor compliance outcomes and proactively addressing trends of non-compliant behavior. To support senior company leaders, I deliver comprehensive reports outlining performance, driving continuous process improvements. Aiming for excellence in every phase of the deployment chain, from completing documents to releasing units, I strive for a 100% successful deployment rate.

In this capacity, I developed and implemented recruiting strategies, conducted effective candidate evaluations, and played a pivotal role in the new hire requirements process.
