I am a former employee at Waltermart Antipolo in the position of IT Associate. I have troubleshooting skills such as configuring computers, printers, reformatting or installing new OS, and network configurations. Also, I have experience with the ticketing system, where we use power apps to create a ticket and to solve an individual ticket in basic Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
