My key roles as Opener/Pre-processor are:
- Reviewing of received contracts to ensure all needed
information are available
- Contract opening in Qualia / Data Entry
- Sending welcome emails to all parties
- Requesting of Title Search for the property
being sold
- Sending wiring instructions for the EMD
- Reviewing title searches upon receipt
- Requesting and compiling needed documents and/or
Invoices such as: LLC Documents, Estate Documents, Payoffs, HOA Resale Statements,
LOI and alike.
- Examining received documents to ensure correct
information are properly entered in Qualia.
- Sending follow-ups and/or reminders to all involved
parties.
