Hi, I'm a versatile professional with 5 years of combined experience in customer service, quality assurance, and data entry. I'm a sucker for accuracy, whether it's following a strict and structured SOP, analyzing Excel data for trends, or even spotting the simplest form of misspellings.
I specialize in transcription and QA for an AI-based transcription company, providing service to a global client base and serving as a subject matter expert for our agents. My work has driven over 4,000 hours of productivity savings for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to SMEs, while also maintaining an On-Time Submission rate of 96%.
When I say I'm results-oriented, I mean it in the literal sense of the word, not just a random AI-generated generic word to sound and look "good." In my stint as a customer rep for a US-based healthcare insurance company, I've managed to maintain an average of 10+ CSAT scores, 4-minute average handling time, and an 86% first call resolution rate.
