Hi, I’m Maria an executive & healthcare virtual assistant based in Manila, Philippines.
I've been doing this for a little over two years, and the work I do tends to fall in a pretty specific area, executive and admin support for neurodivergent entrepreneurs, therapy and wellness practices, and small businesses that need someone reliable in the background.
In practice, that means things like:
• Managing calendars, inboxes, and client scheduling
• Virtual body doubling sessions for ADHD clients
• Building simple systems and SOPs that actually get used
• Handling newsletters and CRM platforms like GoHighLevel
• Keeping records organized and confidential
• General executive assistance and coordination
A couple of examples of the work I've done:
I supported Encompassing Therapy and Counselling in Singapore, the founder of Singapore's first existential therapy practice, handling scheduling for 20+ weekly appointments, managing their full GoHighLevel newsletter system, and keeping confidential client records organized, for almost two years. To strengthen my healthcare administration skills, I recently completed HIPAA Training (May 2026), focused on patient privacy, confidentiality, and secure handling of sensitive information.
I also teamed up with a wellness travel specialist in Australia, assisting with documentation, content and research for a practice focused on creating meaningful, restorative travel experiences.
Before going fully remote, I spent 11 years in a healthcare institution in the Philippines, first as an operations supervisor, then as a senior supervisor managing a team of 19. That experience is a big part of why I work the way I do: carefully, independently, and without needing a lot of hand-holding.
I communicate regularly, I follow through on what I say I'll do, and I'm not the type to go quiet when things get complicated.
Most of my clients have stayed with me for a while. I think that's the most honest thing I can say about how I work.
If you feel like we could be a good fit, just send me a message, I'd be happy to chat.
