To be a sales associate I ensure to build rapport with clients and allow me to work closely with customers and provide them a satisfactory experience by answering their question and understand their concern. I also have the marketing knowledge and strategies to help me sell my product while developing a strong customer relation to assist them with their product purchased. I can communicate well, share knowledge and motivate others especially if I work as a team. Time management is another one of my skills to complete multiple tasks in a certain timeframe and balance my time, so I can complete all of my duties. Observing of verbal and non-verbal messages is another one of my skills by actively listening and providing appropriate feedback for the sake of showing attentiveness to the message being presented to me.
