I have been working as an HR Officer for five years, handling different types of work industries such as Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Food ----------- my line of work, I tend to handle employees as well as their day to day activities and concerns. I conduct trainings and orientations after the recruitment process. I tend to deal with both management’s and employees’ mandatory benefits. Working with customer service has been a part of my job since I tend to do proposals and meetings with manpower and security agencies as well as the government offices which we are also dealing with. I have conducted and attended job fairs wherein I recruit hundreds of employees, inviting and persuading them into joining the company.
