I am an Accounting Assistant for almost 7 years. I am assign as the account holder for various Accounts Payable(AP Suppliers, AP Officers, AP Others) & Accounts Receivable(Due from Banks, Due from Officers, Due from LGU, Due from Banks, Due from Corporations, Due from Others) I handle monthly and quarterly reports of AP/AR and Prior Period Error Adjustments (Miscellaneos Income and Expenses)as well as monthly set up of accrued expenses and other Provision. I am also task for recordings of various Personel Services(Basic Salary, Allowances, Employer Share, Leave Benefits, Overtime pay) Maintenance and Operating Expenses(MOOE e.i, water services, power services, telephone, postage, cable, internet, etc), also for amortization of prepaid expenses(Prepaid Insurance, Registration and other prepayments) I also do reconciliation of Budget and Book balance, and make necessary adjustments if there is any.
