- Primarily exposed to day-to-day Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedure.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies, meet service goals and provide exceptional customer service for both internal and external clients.
- Recommends Recruiting Strategies to increase people.
- Researches selection tool to target needed skills.
- Ensures proper implementation of selection process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time
- Using social media job boards (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Jobstreet, Mynimo, MyGlit & Instagram) to look for and connect with potential candidates
- Reviewing online resumes to pre-screen candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
- Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
- Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles for Corporate Recruitment
- Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
