I was a store supervisor in my previous job for 3 years handling costumer service department, and was once a selling and wholesale supervisor for a year. As a costumer service supervisor I make it sure that the area is clean and presentable to the costumer, responding to the costumer questions and concerns. Making a daily, weekly and monthly report, monitoring my subordinates schedule, making sure that the promo is will executed, keeping a communication to our big accounts costumers about promos and big discounts and coordinating with my superiors. I also once a administrative staff for six months, checking a POS receipt, transmit documents, making payroll, and we audit the store that we handle once a month.
