As a collection specialist I am responsible for:
- Taking inbound and outbound calls
- Responsible for collecting customers past due balances
- Processing payments over the phone
- Provides clear communication and customer service on collection issues to customers
- Tracks and resolves discrepancies
As an Order Editor I am responsible for:
-Checking emails for orders.
-Inputting orders and submitting it to the right vendor for them to be able to process the order.
-Responsible for getting all the tracking number and putting it on the excel file for the vendor to track it.
-Editing discrepancy
