I started to work as a multiple skills CSR/TSR in the Philippines based Telco wherein I worked for inbound calls, outbound calls and as a Technical/process Trainer. I also worked in an Australian in-house contact center industry Assigned as a Level 3 Team handling all kinds of complaints, such as TIO, Social Media, Customer Relations Complaints for NBN, VoIP and Wireless Broadband services for an Australian Company currently. I was one of the seniors of the Team, assigned for process/work validation done on each account. I also dealt with complaints as a Case officer together with all offline tasks as a Point of Contact for the Team.
