I have almost 2 years’ experience working with processing US licenses for endorsement, reinstatement, reactivation, or renewals. Answer the queries or requests of the nurses and managers thru email, chat or request centers and updating the licenses of the nurses in the database once licenses has been issued. Aside from that, I was also given an opportunity to do customer service through phone.
After landing another job opportunity, I do monitoring of departure and arrival flights during operational hours, conduct Minimum Performance Specification Standards at Check in counters, Immigration counters, Final security check and others, monitor the landing and take-off of both Domestic and International Flights, conduct Airfield Inspection (Inspection of Runway and Taxiways), promulgate NOTAM (Notice to Air Mission) and create and submit Daily Report.
